All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We ship via USPS Ground Advantagel (2–5 business days) for fast and dependable delivery. We offer upgraded shipping options if you want your product faster.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Most customers receive their packages within 4–6 business days total (processing + shipping).

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While rare, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@groovpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. Please provide photos and/or videos of the damaged product.

Once we ship the packages, we rely on the carrier to get them to you efficiently. If your order is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and file a claim.
