Frequently asked questions
We ship your order within 1-2 business days and deliver with USPS Ground Advantage shipping. We have expedited options available for an additional cost.
We accept Zelle, Venmo and CashApp and Cards through IDEM.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Sales & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to processing and shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Any approved replacements, store credits, or refunds will be issued at the discretion of GROOV BIOSCIENCE following review of the reported issue and supporting documentation.

Order Cancellations
