How fast is shipping?
We ship your order same day on business days if it is placed before 1pm MT. If there is a sale, or if it is over the weekend, we will ship within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping is with USPS Ground Advantage. We have expedited options available for an additional cost.

Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to processing and shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Any approved replacements, store credits, or refunds will be issued at the discretion of GROOV BIOSCIENCE following review of the reported issue and supporting documentation.
